The undercut interacts with the projection to remove the stress of the circumferential material, whereby the possibility of breakage of the circumferential material is reduced. A control component integrated into the dryer is provided to control an air flow from the air compressor through the above dryer to control filling operation in order to fill the first and second tanks with the dried compressed air. Further, on the one hand, to purge the dryer, from the second tank through the desiccant layer of the dryer, the air flow is controlled to the atmosphere through the blow through valve to control the purge operation.
