摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper box which is easily recyclable and has the heat and cold insulation functions by cutting a paper into a specified shape, folding it to assemble a box, forming an outer box, an intermediate box and an upper lid for the box which are of double structure, fitting the intermediate box to the outer box, and attaching the upper lid thereto. SOLUTION: An intermediate box is stored in an outer box, and an upper end of the intermediate box which is projecting upward from the outer box is fitted to an upper lid. In a cardboard forming the outer box, an outer side surface 7, an upper side surface 8 and an inner side surface 9 are continuously provided to a long side of a rectangular bottom surface 6 through a folding line 10. An outer side surface 11, an upper side surface 12 and an inner side surface 13 are continuously provided in a short side of the bottom surface 6 through the folding line 10. In addition, a square corner piece 14 is continuously provided between the outer side surfaces 7, 11. Connection pieces 15a, 15b are arranged on both ends of the inner side surface 9, and slit grooves 16, 16 are formed therein. The cardboard is folded along the folding line 10 to assemble the outer box, and a space is demarcated between the outer side surfaces 7, 11 and between the inner side surfaces 9, 13 to form the double structure.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electromagnetic shield function, to increase productivity and to prevent a secular change by arranging the resin coating film of a composite material at least in an exposed state. SOLUTION: An ABS resin is stored in a molten resin supply means 3 in a molten state to be supplied to a resin injection means 4. The molten resin is pressurized by a plunger 4a to be sent into a cavity C from a resin injection gate 1c through a resin injection pipe 4b. A composite material 11 is formed by arranging resin coating films to both surfaces of a metal layer in a closely bonded state and preliminarily allowed to follow the surface shape of a male mold 1b by press processing before applied to a mold 1. The metal layer is composed of a ferromagnetic material having a thickness of 25-80μm or iron having conductivity and, as the resin coating film, a laminated material having good close adhesiveness to the metal layer and having compatibility weldable to the resin layer is adapted. The resin layer is composed of a thermoplastic resin and formed from an ABS resin having compatibility to the surface of the resin coating film.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a magnetic shielding effect as an electromagnetic shielding material and a workability for forming an article by a method wherein a metal foil is bonded through a bonding material to the surface of a continuous paper employed as a base material. SOLUTION: A continuous paper 10 delivered from a stock paper delivering part 1 is trimmed, when necessary, with trimming rolls 2 so as to match to the breadth of a metal foil 11 and then sent further. On the other hand, one side of the metal foil 11 delivered from a stock metal foil delivering part 5 is roughened through corona discharging at a corona discharging part. And, a molten bonding material 12 made of polyethylene resin or the like is fed from a bonding material feeding system 4 so as to bond the continuous paper 10 to roughened surface of the metal foil 11 in order to form a paper-metal composite material C. This paper-metal composite material C is cooled by being brought into contact with the cooling roll 6a and then inspected with a spot detector 7 so as to take the paper-metal composite material C having a favorable surface through a guide roll 8 up to a take-up roll 9 under the state that the metal surface faces outside.
