    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce drinkable, tasteless, odorless sterile water by a method in which, after a decomposition product produced by electrolyzing a chloride solution is dissolved in raw water, chlorine is removed by passage through an active carbon cylinder. SOLUTION: In producing sterile water, a salt solution from a salt water tank 7 is electrolyzed in a diaphragmless electrolytic cell 5, and the obtained electrolytic product is introduced into an electrolytic product mixing/adding apparatus 2. In the apparatus 2, the electrolytic product is mixed into the flow of raw water introduced from an intake 1 to sterilize the raw water. Next, the raw water is passed through an active carbon cylinder 3 to remove most chlorine. In this process, in order to produce sterile water continuously, for example, two active carbon cylinders 3 are arranged, by operating two change- over valves 9, 4, while chlorine is removed in one cylinder 3, the other cylinder 3 whose activity is deteriorated is regenerated. In this way, sterile water can be taken out continuously from a drain port 10.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To wash laundry with water obtained by diluting electrolytic solution, to sterilize the laundry, and to prevent malodor of the laundry after drying by incorporating a mechanism for electrolyzing chlorine ion solution such as non-diaphragm type electrolytic cell or a diaphragm type electrolytic cell in a washing machine. SOLUTION: A mechanism for electrolyzing a chlorine ion solution in a non-diaphragm type electrolytic cell or a diaphragm type electrolytic cell and injecting the electrolytic solution in the washing water is incorporated in a washing machine. That is, an electrolytic cell 3 into which the chlorine ion solution in a chlorine ion solution take 1 is fed by a chemical pump 2 is provided. The electrolytic solution obtained by the electrolysis is fed to an intermediate part of a feed pipe 8 to a rinsing port 5 via feed pipe 4 and mixed to water fed from the feed pipe 8. The water mixed with the electrolytic solution is fed to a washing tank 6 after rinsing and sterilizes laundry after rinsing. Preferably, the effective chloride concentration of the used mixed diluting water is approximately 35 ppm.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To picking high-temperature powder or a slight quantity of powder in a fixed quantity by forming a rotary valve element chamber storing a rotary valve element with a cylinder section and two side plates fitted on both sides of it, and making a temperature adjustment on a valve element and the powder picked in a fixed quantity. SOLUTION: A rotary valve element chamber storing a rotary valve element is constituted of three portions: a cylinder section 13 and two side plates 2, 3 fitted on both sides of it. The side plates 2, 3 are provided with channels 5 across the rotary valve chamber, and a heating medium fluid is fed to the channels 5 for the purpose of a temperature adjustment. Two opening sections to the outside are arranged on a cavity as the inlet and outlet of the heating medium. The fluid is fed and discharged from the opening sections for the temperature adjustment of the valve element and powder. SUS 316L is used for the material to increase durability, and the heat-resistant temperature is set to 300 deg.C. The picked quantity of powder in one rotation is 47.6 ml. The revolving speed of the rotary valve element 9 is measured by detecting one hole provided on a metal disk 14 fitted to a rotary shaft with a photosensor 10.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely and easily install the device in a dwelling house and to enable the use of sterilizing water in any required place and at any required point of time by placing a check valve for preventing the backflow of raw water to an electrolytic cell from being caused and automatically operating power supply systems to at least an automatic valve, an electrolytic stock solution supply pump and the electrolytic cell, with pressure switch signals. SOLUTION: In this device, when at least one of valves 8 placed in their respective service locations is opened, water pressure inside a main pipeline 10 is rapidly decreased and the decrease in water pressure is detected with a pressure switch 3, to start the operation of an electrolytic stock solution supply pump 5, to concurrently supply electric power to an electrolytic cell 6 and thereafter to open an automatic valve 1. The prepared electrolytic product is mixed with raw water beginning to flow down through the main pipeline 10 to form sterilizing water and the formed sterilizing water is supplied to each of the service locations in which the respective valves 8 are opened. Also, when all the valves 8 in their respective locations are closed, the water pressure inside the main pipeline 10 between the automatic valve 1 and the valves 8 is rapidly increased, however, the backflow of the raw water having the increased water pressure to the side of the electrolytic cell 6 is prevented from occurring by placing a check valve 7 for this purpose and the increase in water pressure is detected with the pressure switch 3 to concurrently stop all the power supply source systems to at least the automatic valve 1, electrolytic stock solution supply pump 5 and electrolytic cell 6.
