    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conduit capable of supplying different types of fluids at positions close to each other, enabling the layout thereof at low cost, and desirable from the view point of maintaining ground environment and a laying method for the conduit. SOLUTION: This gas conduit 1 is laid out by burying existing low-pressure pipes PGLa and PGLb and existing medium-pressure pipes PGHa and PGHb within a prescribed length on a same route. Namely, the gas conduit 1 comprises a low-pressure pipe 2 and a medium pressure pipe 3 which is formed in a double pipe part 4. The low-pressure pipe 2 is connected, at its both ends, to the existing low-pressure pipes PGLa and PGLb through branch pipes 5A and 5B, and the medium pipe 3 is connected, at its both ends, to the existing medium pressure pipes PGHa and PHGb through the branch pipes 5A and 5B. Thus, by laying out the low-pressure pipe 2 and the medium-pressure pipe 2 on the same route under the ground, both the low-pressure gas and the medium-pressure gas can be supplied simultaneously and construction cost can be decreased and the ground environment can be maintained.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To freely adjust supply pressure in a wide range and maintain a mixing ratio of material gas with air within a predetermined range in adjustment.
      SOLUTION: Pressurized air is introduced from a compressor 18 to a spring chamber 17 of a diaphragm 16 of each of an intermediate pressure regulator 2, a low pressure governor 5, an upper and lower limit pressure shut-off controller 11, a pressure increase prevention valve 12, an on-off valve 13, an on-off valve controller 14 and an air valve 15 via loading governors 20 to increase an urging force from the spring chamber 17 side. By this, while the outlet pressure of the material gas from the intermediate pressure regulator 2 is enhanced, the take-in amount of the air via the air valve 15 can be increased. Thus, the mixing ratio of the mixed gas can be controlled within a predetermined range, and gas pressure in a cushion tank 4 for temporarily storing the mixed gas can be increased. As a result, the gas supply device can be adopted corresponding to a wide use scale and the use application of a consumer.
