      SOLUTION: The floating active inductor includes: a primary passive all-pass phase advancing circuit 3 of a four-element bridge circuit type connected between first and second input terminals 1 and 2; a voltage follower which performs unit gain amplification of the output phase-advanced signal of the passive all-pass phase advancing circuit 3; a phase inverting circuit 5 which inverts and amplifies the output phase-advanced signal of the voltage follower 4; a first resistance 6 with a low resistance value connected between the output of the voltage follower 4 and the first input terminal 1; and a second resistance 7 with a low resistance value connected between the output of the phase inverting circuit 5 and the second input terminal 2.
