    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastener antiloosening mechanism using a cap, allowing the mounting of a nut as it remains fastened to a bolt, without adjusting the fastening position of the nut, and effectively preventing the looseness or fall-off of the nut.
      SOLUTION: The fastener antiloosening mechanism comprises a bolt configured part 31 and a nut configured part 32 formed on the cap 3 so that it can be mounted on an engagement portion 12a of the bolt 1 and a top portion of the nut 2 with a play. Thus, no need exists for adjustment of the fastening position of the nut 2 which is conventionally needed, fastening force is securely managed, and the looseness and fall-off of the nut 2 is effectively prevented. Furthermore, working efficiency is improved and mischiefs are prevented.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drop-off prevention structure for bolts and nuts, using a drop-off prevention member as an independent body from a nut, for attaching the drop-off prevention member to a bolt only by fastening work on the bolt and the nut.SOLUTION: A bolt 10 has, from a top end of a shaft, a medium diameter portion 13, a small diameter portion 12 and a large diameter portion 14. A drop-off prevention member 30 is attached to a nut face in a following side, and the drop-off prevention member 30 includes an interference portion 32, which is attached to the nut 20 in an elastically deformed state. In an attached state to the nut 20, the interference portion 32 at least partially protrudes into a screw hole, and when threadedly engaged with the bolt 10, the interference portion 32 does not interfere with the medium diameter portion nor the small diameter portion but interferes with the large diameter portion 14. Thereby, the drop-off prevention member 30 is detached from the nut 20 body to enter the small-diameter portion and is diametrically reduced. Thus, the drop-off prevention member 30 does not drop off from the small diameter portion 12, which prevents the nut 20 from dropping.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock nut with high reliability for surely performing locking.
      SOLUTION: The lock nut includes a nut member 1 of a hollow cylinder body having a cutout 11, and a lock member 2 attached to the nut member 1. In the lock nut, by rotating the lock member 2 about the nut member 1, a part of the nut member 1 is compressed and deformed by a first engaging part 22a of the lock member 2 to perform the locking. The cutout 11 connecting the inside with the outside is disposed to the nut member 1 from one end to the other end in an axial direction of the nut member 1. Both side parts sandwiching the cutout therebetween of the nut member 1 are deformable in whole, stress is not concentrated along with the deformation unlike the conventional art. Therefore, it is highly unlikely that breakage may occur, reliability is high, and the locking can be surely performed.
