摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor embedded in concrete wherein the attaching/ detaching to/from a mold form is easy, an anchor attaching utensil and a manufacturing method for a concrete molded article using the anchor and the attaching utensil. SOLUTION: This anchor embedded in concrete contains an anchor main body, the attaching utensil and a former. In this case, the anchor main body has a head section on one end of a rod section, and a stopper on the other end of the rod section. The attaching utensil is concentrically attached to the head section, and on the round bar section of which a male thread and an easily breakable section are formed. The former is fitted in the anchor shaft section. By using this anchor, a holding utensil is fixed in advance on the external surface of a mold form wherein a through hole of which the diameter is larger than the attaching utensil of the anchor is provided. Then, the anchor is combined with the mold form by inserting in and screwing the anchor attaching utensil with the holding utensil. Then, concrete is laid, and the mold form is demolded after the concrete is cured.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor embedded in concrete which is easily attachable to a mold and removable from it and a method of manufacturing concrete products using it. SOLUTION: The anchor contains a shaft 2 having a head 2b at the one end and a stopper 2c at the other and a hemispherical former 1 which has female screw grooves inside its rim and is fixed to the anchor shaft. A disc-like fitting 3 having a male screw at its edge and a bolt 33 at its center is screwed to the anchor and then to a mold. Concrete mortar is cast into he mold and, after it hardens, demolded to give concrete products with embedded anchor.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use an engaging rod for hoisting and moving a concrete block, as a base root of a guide pin, the engaging rod being left as it is after being used in hoisting and moving the concrete block. SOLUTION: The engaging rod 4 for hoisting and moving is used as the base root of the guide pin. The guide pin main body 1 is formed such that an engaging projection 3 for engaging with an engaging hole set in a bottom surface of another block piled up on an upper portion of the block concerned is protruded from an upper surface of an engaging body 2 which is fitted into an recess H serving as a setting portion of the engaging rod, and that a fitting hole 21 to be fitted onto the engaging rod for hoisting and moving is formed in a bottom thereof. The guide pin main body 1 thus formed is placed and the guide pin is set. As a result, the guide pin having stable bearing force and strength can be set, and the recess of the engaging rod can be back-filled.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install a step even on the inner surface of a cylindrical body by forming a spherical projected part in mid way to the leg part of a channel- shaped step concentrically to the center axis of the leg part of the spherical projected part and fitting the flange member of a separate body slidably onto the projected part. SOLUTION: In the inner side of a concrete cylindrical body A, the leg part 1b of a channel-shaped step 1 is passed through the mounting hole A0 of the cylindrical body A, a first packing 3 is provided at a middle diameter part, a washer 6 and a second packing 4 are provided at the large diameter part A1, and a nut 7 is screwed fixedly to a screw part 1c. Also the step 1 is pulled into the mounting hole A0 to the root of its spherical projected part 1d, and its flanged material 2 is deformed elastically, for tightly attaching, along the inner surfaces of the cylindrical body A by the sliding rotation between the spherical inner surface and outer surface of the projected part 1d. In addition, a washer 6 is positioned at the stepped part of a boundary between a large diameter part A1 and a small diameter part A2 while packings 3 and 4 are pressed. Thus the step 1 can be installed irrespective of the presence of the curvature on the inner surface of the cylindrical body A.
