    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the quality control of recycled abrasive grain slurry, a decrease in used amount of expensive abrasive grain slurry and the effective use of resources are not achieved because there is no system for recycling and managing wire saw abrasive grain slurry, in which an abrasive grain waste liquid or fine abrasive grain mixed liquid amount to be supplied to first and second centrifugal separation chambers and a new abrasive grain or new cutting liquid amount are managed, a required new abrasive grain and/or new cutting liquid amount is managed and such management is processed by network. SOLUTION: This system for recycling the wire saw abrasive grain slurry comprises inputting into a computer the abrasive grain waste liquid or fine abrasive grain mixed liquid amount to be supplied to the first and second centrifugal separation chambers and the new abrasive grain or new cutting liquid amount to be supplied to a collected abrasive grain tank and an abrasive grain supply tank and individually processing an abrasive grain waste liquid or fine abrasive grain mixed liquid set amount and a new abrasive grain or new cutting liquid set amount for managing whether processed values are within allowable ranges or not, identifying the management status on the network, managing the abrasive grain waste liquid or fine abrasive grain mixed liquid amount and the new abrasive grain or new cutting liquid amount and maintaining the quality of the recycled abrasive grain slurry. With the management of the abrasive grain waste liquid or fine abrasive grain mixed liquid amount and the new abrasive grain or new cutting liquid amount and the network processing of the management, the abrasive grain waste liquid or fine abrasive grain mixed liquid amount is automatically managed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple filter apparatus not leaving such a problem that a filtering speed is slow, sufficient treatment capacity is not achieved and power insufficiency is considered because treated water filtered by a porous plate passes through the slight gap between porous plate and a pressure difference reducing plate to be allowed to flow out of the flow opening of the lower part of the pressure difference reducing plate and a problem is left in precise filtering not a little because clarified water passing through the porous plate is allowed to flow out of an outflow pipe as it is. SOLUTION: A cylindrical body 54 is provided above a filter tank 53 having a raw water inflow port 51, a clarified water outflow port 52 and a drain port 57 so as to leave an appropriate interval and the raw water from the raw water inflow port is guided to the revolving space formed between the filter tank and the cylindrical body and filtered by a filter member 55 provided in the cylindrical body and the clarified water is allowed to reach the clarified outflow port of the clarified water outflow pipe 7 arranged to the filter member. Raw water can efficiently and rapidly be separated and filtered and the clarified water can be guided to the outside of the filter apparatus through the clarified water outflow pipe.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste liquid treating device having features that the device has concrete constitution for enhancing defoaming effect at the time of evaporation, is simple and generates no scorching or scale. SOLUTION: The waste liquid treating device is constituted of a standing coil for introducing low temperature steam which is arranged in a waste liquid in a waste liquid treating section, a steam section which is successively disposed above the waste liquid treating section, a blade means which is constituted by arranging blades respectively in the standing coil and above the waste liquid and a driving section for rotating the blade means. Further the device has constitution by which a whirling stream in a vertical direction is given to the waste liquid to promote evaporation of the waste liquid, foam generated on the waste liquid is broken via the blade above the waste liquid to suppress expansion of the foam, Whirling stream of the waste liquid is promoted via the lower blade and efficiency of liquid surface evaporation can be enhanced by utilizing forced stirring and heating. Further efficiency of liquid surface evaporation is enhanced and trouble due to leakage of the foam outside the device is avoided to attain certain evaporation and volume reduction.
