    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material for improving soil by converting alkaline soil unsuitable for planting and not exhibiting humoral property into soil having a pH suitable for growing plants, and a method for improving the soil by using the same.
      SOLUTION: The soil-improving material is provided by proliferating and preserving aerobic bacteria including alkaliphilic microorganisms or conditional anaerobic bacteria by using woody chips having ≤25 mm length including coarse woody chips having 7-25 mm length as culturing medium, and adding an activation-accelerating material. By mixing the soil-improving material with the highly alkaline soil to aim at the improvement of water permeability and water-holding property, the pH of the highly alkaline soil is lowered by utilizing the carbonatation by CO
      2 exhausted by the respiration of the groups of microorganisms, and also the soil is changed by planting an alkali-loving plants as pioneer plants and utilizing a soil pH-improving effect by the plants.

CONSTITUTION:In a readymixed concrete manufacturing plant, various kinds of cement (a)-(c) inside respective cement tanks A-C are force-fed to storage tanks A'-C' arranged inside a batcher plant building X, and then, the respective kinds of cement (a)-(c) are mixed at the predetermined ratio by a mixer 10. In this process, when an empty condition is checked by a lower limit level gage 20a in the storage tank A', a switching damper 18 is switched so that the cement (a) enters the storage A' via a powder material conveyor 16. Then, a blower 23 is operated, so that the cement (a) inside the tank A passes through a rotary feeder 3a and a valve 6a to be force-fed to a powder material receiving tank 11 provided with a bag filter 14 in the upper part via a force-feeding tube 2, and then, the cement (a) is supplied to the storage tank A' via the powder material conveyor 16.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent a live broiler from going on rampage and make disposal operations ever so easy as well as to solve a problem of defective bloodletting, by letting an operator hang the live broiler to be taken in a hanging working part at a fixed velocity in a state of being stationary on a taking-inconveyor at a broiler disposal house. CONSTITUTION:A fowl-hang working part 2 is installed in a part of an overhead conveyor 1, and in parallel with this overhead conveyor 1 in a spot of the fowl-hang working part 2, a livebroiler feeding conveyor 3 travels at the same velocity. This live broiler feeding conveyor 3 consists of a rotary conveyor 4 and a taking-in conveyor 5 connected to the former. And, the overhead conveyor 1 and the rotary conveyor 4 both rotate without intermission. A fowl has an inclination to rest on the conveyor in movement so that, utilizing this inherent nature, the fowls 6 taken in by the taking-in conveyor 5 are fed to the rotary conveyor 4 and hung on the overhead conveyor 1 by an operator 12 at the fowl-hang working part 2, thus they are delivered.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a harmful substance is scattered into air when sorting of a mixed substance is performed in a dry system when contaminated soil is cleaned and there is risk of adverse effect on the environment. SOLUTION: Excavated contaminated soil 1 is thrown in a water tank 2 stored with water and the thrown contaminated soil 1 is stirred using a back hoe or the like and thereby, a floating substance such as a saw dust and plastic is removed and subsequently, an iron scrap such as a reinforcement, an empty can and an iron wire is removed using a magnetic separator. After the iron scrap is removed, a sand and a stone of a predetermined size are separated using a separator. A heavy metal-capturing agent 15 and a coagulant 17 are added to mud water containing a volume-reduced residue to perform solid/liquid separation and thereby, a dehydrated cake 20 is obtained.
