SOLUTION: LDL, or apo-B protein, apo-B protein fragment is treated with a metal ion, a hydrogen peroxide, an ultraviolet ray, etc., for denaturation. By using the denatured apo-B protein or the denatured apo-B protein fragment as an antigen, an anti-variance LDL antibody in a sample is measured. The reaction in this time is antigen-antibody reaction, and measurement is possible in any of sandwich technique, competition manner and synphilo agglutination test, etc. And, when classified by label, any of oxygen immunization method, radiation immunization method and fluorescence method are allowed. In this manner, the anti-variance LDL antibody is measured with accuracy.

Thus, the aimed hybridized cell, useful as a diagnostic agent for renopathy, and secreting the monoclonal antibody specifically reactive with the glomerular indigenous cell is obtained.
