摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent leakage of a sample and to enhance a kneading accuracy by forming a neck at a rotor and engaging a predetermined circular ring with the neck in a kneading apparatus made by fitting a rotor in a stator to be used for an evaluation of physical properties such as dispersibility, compatibility and the like in the case of developing a polymer blend, filler or the like. SOLUTION: A rotor 1 insertable and removable in rotating and axial directions is fitted in a cylindrical stator 4 with a bottom and a composition charged in the stator 4 is kneaded and homogenized by rotating and compressing actions of the rotor. In this case, a small-diameter concentrically cylindrical neck part 3 of an outermost edge is formed at the rotor 1, and a circular ring 2 is engaged with the neck part 3. The ring 2 is formed at its outermost edge in a diameter approaching an inner wall surface of the stator, and formed at its innermost edge in a diameter larger than that of the rotor and smaller than that of the outermost edge of the rotor. Thus, a leakage of a sample from a gap between the rotor 1 and the stator 2 is prevented and, effective kneading is guaranteed.

It is possible thereby to greatly improve kneading and homogenizing action.
