摘要： PURPOSE:To fit two bearings with high accuracy by working and pouring synthetic resins into a molding space formed by a female mold and a male mold, a metallic cylinder for supporting a bearing being fitted on a core formed on a metal mold. CONSTITUTION:A metal mold comprises a male mold 1 and a female mold 2, the male mold being provided with a round core 3, the outer diameter of the leading end portion 4 of which is equal to the inner diameter of a bearing. The trailing end portion of the core 3 is provided with a cylinder support portion 5 of a large diameter, the outer diameter of the cylinder support portion 5 being equal to that of the bearing. A metallic cylinder 6 having an eccentric flange 8 is mounted on the cylinder support portion 5, and after a bearing 7 set with a cylinder 6' is mounted on a small-diameter shaft portion 4 of the core, both molds 1, 2 are hold together. Synthetic resins for molding a housing body is pressed and poured into a space 10 between both molds.

摘要： PURPOSE:To highten the lubricant retaining rate and to prevent clogging to extend the life by charging the lubricant in the innumerable fine porosities which are formed in the lubricating member soaked with the lubricant by making use of the chemically soluble fiber. CONSTITUTION:The cylindrical part 2 is formed by injecting the coating of the thermoplastic synthetic resin which cannot be melted by the chemicals over the cylindrical material after forming the material 1, which is made by using both fibers one of which can be melted by the chemicals and the other cannot be melted by the chemicals, into the cylindrical shape. In this case, the resin in the melted condition by heat and the fiber which cannot be melted by the same group of chemicals are incorporatedly melted to combine the material 1 and the cylindrical part 2. Then, after being soaked in the chemicals such as the weak alkaline liquid to dissolve the fiber which can be melted by the chemicals, the combined body is washed to form innumerable fine cavities of various sizes where the melted fibers were. Then, the fine cavities are soaked with the grease, etc. to form the bush A which is fitted in, for instance, the boss 3 of the wheel B.

At the same time, inside the rotor 11, plural permanent magnets 12 are fixed opposed to electrodes of the stator 2 and on the external periphery, plural blades 13 are formed in a solid block. In this manner, it is possible to reduce the number of parts, simplify the structure significantly, decrease manhours and facilitate assembly.

In other words, the internal circumference of a ringed fitting plate 6 made up of a metal plate is inserted in an integreted body with the external circumference of an oil seal 5 and the body 3 is molded by pushing this fitting plate 6 at one side of the external ring 4.

摘要： PURPOSE:To produce easily a cam shaft having a gear with high accuracy by disposing the shaft in dies and pouring a molten metal into the gear forming space formed in the dies. CONSTITUTION:Cams 2 are fitted respectively to the 1st and 2nd fitting holes of a cam support 13 which is bisectable. When the bisected supports 13 are assembled, the central holes 2' of the cams 2 are supported at the same axial line. A shaft 1 is inserted to the inside of the support 13 in this state and the support 13 is inserted into the hole 12 of the 2nd die 11 then the bearing part 3 of the shaft 1 is inserted into the support hole 16 formed to the 2nd die 11. A sleeve 5 is fitted to the other end of the shaft 1 and the sleeve 5 is fitted in the sleeve supporting hole 17 formed in the 1st die 10 by die clamping. A cavity 18 of a supporting cylinder is then provided between the 1st and 2nd dies 10 and 11 and a synthetic resin or an alloy for casting is poured into the cavity 18. The casting is taken out of the dies after cooling and solidifying and the cam shaft is obtd.

摘要： PURPOSE:To facilitate the adjustment of the tension of a belt, by fitting the mounting shaft of a tension pulley in an elliptic hole provided in a secured frame, so that the shaft can slide and by enabling the lockup of a lever and the mounting shaft in an optical position with a nut. CONSTITUTION:The mounting shaft 7 of a tension pulley 5 is slidably fitted in an elliptic hole 2 provided in a secured frame 1. The shaft 7 is also fitted in the insertion hole of lever 9. The end of the lever 9 near the fulcrum is engaged in an engaging hole 10 provided in the secured frame 1. A spring washer 13 and a nut 12 are fitted on the male screw section of the shaft 7. To adjust the tension of a belt, the nut 12 is loosened, the lever 9 is moved for setting optimal tension and the nut 12 is thereafter tightened. According to this constituion, the tension of the belt can be adjusted very easily.
