An expanded and contracted state of the rotary head 1 is detected by an expanded and contracted state detecting means (such as a potentiometer ER); the depth of the rotary head in the soil is detected by a depth detecting means (such as a rotary encoder RE); and an additive injection quantity from the rotary head is detected by an additive injection quantity detecting means (such as a flow rate detector FM1), respectively. Detecting information by the respective detecting means is displayed in real time on displays DL1 and DL2. The soil is treated by operating the soil treating device, while allowing a soil treating device operator to visually confirm the detecting information displayed on the displays.       SOLUTION: In this construction method for a foundation pile, a rod 2 of an excavator is passed through the inside of the hollow prefabricated pile 1, while the ground is excavated by an excavating and stirring mechanism 3 at the tip of the rod, the solidifier is injected, and while the excavated sediment and the solidifier are stirred and mixed, the hollow prefabricated pile 1 is submerged to a designated depth. An outer pipe 4 rotatable in the opposite direction relative to the rod 2 is externally fitted to the rod 2, the outer pipe 4 is provided with a stirring blade 5, and a locking mechanism 6 is provided for locking the stirring blade 5 and the hollow prefabricated pile 1. The hollow prefabricated pile 1 is rotated by the stirring blade 5 by the outer pipe 4.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of creating aerated lightweight soil excellent in cost efficiency by reducing defoaming during the mixture and agitation of foam and in-situ soil in parallel with the excavation of the in-situ soil.
      SOLUTION: The method of creating the aerated lightweight soil is carried out by mixing and agitating the foam produced by using one of foaming agents of a surface-active agent base, a protein base, a resin soap base or the like, the in-situ soil, and solid material milk with each other. In the method, the mixing and agitation are carried out in two individual steps of a preceding step and a following step. In the preceding step, water or the solid material milk is discharged into the in-situ soil, and the resultant material is mixed and agitated, to thereby create fluidized soil. In the succeeding step, the solid material milk and the foam are discharged, or only the foam is discharged into the fluidized soil. A fluidity value of the fluidized soil created in the preceding step is controlled so as to be set to 150 mm or larger in terms of a table flow value or to 85 mm or smaller in terms of a cylinder flow value. In the succeeding step, the mixing and agitation may be carried out by discharging air milk in the fluidized soil.
