The material fed into a fried article material setting part 14 circulates in the oil tank 1, being pushed by the fried article pushing plate, and discharged on the fried article taking-out part 16 by a chute 5. The speed of the fried article pushing plate and the set of the heater are adjusted according to the kind of the fried article and quantity. Accordingly, cooking can be carried out efficiently by only one operator.
