The respective washing brushes 72F, 72B are made to have a slightly longer diameter than the radius of the roasting net D, sandwich a roasting net D, which is supported by the respective rollers 31A-31D in rotatable manner, in a range from the outside of the circumferential rim to the point passing over the center on a diameter, and clean the roasting net D supported by the supporting mechanism 3 while rotating the net D.
