    • PURPOSE:To prevent deformation by external force from occurring to surface panel materials, prevent interfacial separation from occurring between the surface panel materials and a molded cellular material and prevent interlaminar peeling from occurring inside the molded cellular material while reducing the manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION:A required number of reinforcing members 4, approximately in E-shaped section, are fixed at their flat parts 4a on the upper and the lower sides to the internal faces of two surface panel materials 2 that are arranged in parallel with each other, and two frame members 3 are attached to ends on both sides of the surface panel materials 2, and the surface panel materials are connected with one another with the frame materials. A space surrounded by the surface panel materials 2 and the frame materials 3 is filled with expandable synthetic resin, and a molded material 5 is formed thereby after hardening, and a panel material 1 is manufactured therewith. The reinforcing members 4 expand and contract vertically in elastic deformation and absorb external force while making formation of a frame body easy. The surface panel materials 2 are connected with each other by the reinforcing members 4, and interfacial separation can be prevented therewith and at the same time, interlaminar peeling can be prevented by making the inside of the SIGMA shapes filled with the expandable synthetic resin.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outside insulation technology for a building foundation, which brings about excellent constructibility, and enables high-quality and high-grade construction, by preventing the appearance of a gap between a heat insulating panel and the building foundation.
      SOLUTION: This outside insulation structure uses the heat insulating panel 30 wherein a rigid external facing plate 33 is integrally laminated on one side of a panel-like heat insulating material 31, and a mullion 20 wherein a plurality of shelf arms 22 and an anchorage part 24 are formed. The panel 30 also serving as an outer form is continuously assembled between the mullions 20 which are erected on the bottom of a groove, and concrete is placed, so that the building foundation 10 can be constructed. The self-adherence of the concrete enables the adhesion and mounting of the plurality of panels 30 which cover the whole surface of the outer periphery of the building foundation 10.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pit which can be constructed and worked in a short period of time, wherein waterproofing membrane, etc., are hardly peeled or expanded, which can be repaired easily, and a method for constituting it. SOLUTION: Concrete is placed on the bottom of a hole 1 formed in the ground in advance to form a bottom concrete layer 2, and an FRU box body 10 consisting of plate-like bodies 12 of a glass long fiber reinforced hard urethane form (hereafter: FRU) is mounted on an adhesion layer formed on the bottom concrete layer. Reinforcing bars 5 are arranged between an interior wall surface of the hole 1 and an outside of the FRU box body 10, a reinforced frame 14 formed of fixing and reinforcing pipe members 13 of the FRU box body 10 is assembled, the plate-like bodies 12 are vertically inserted into the hole 1 and are arrange to the outside thereof, and they are fixed to the reinforcing bars 5 or the bottom concrete layer 2 with ties 15 or bolts. Concrete is poured between the interior wall surface of the hole 1 and the outside of the FRU box body 10. After the concrete is solidified, the reinforced frame 14 is removed, and a glass cloth is stuck on the insides of the plate-like bodies 12.
