    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for more easily and surely obtaining a biological sample brought into a specific microwell using a microwell array chip while avoiding the contamination of biological samples brought into other microwells. SOLUTION: The method comprises the following way: (1) A to-be-obtained sample is immobilized on a microwell using agarose or a temperature-responsive polymer, samples that are not immobilized are removed from the microwell and the immobilized sample is extracted from the microwell. Or (2) Samples in microwells adjoining to a microwell containing a to-be-obtained sample are immobilized on the microwells using agarose or a temperature-responsive polymer and the to-be-obtained sample that is not immobilized is extarcted from the microwell. Alternatively (3) Samples in microwells are immobilized on the microwells using agarose or a temperature-responsive polymer and a to-be-obtained sample immobilized on one of the microwells is extracted from the microwell.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microchip holder and a liquid leakage preventive tool for a microchip having excellent X-Y-directional and Z-directional (vertical-directional) positioning characteristics for the microchip such as a cell chip, capable of immobilizing easily the cell chip, capable of preventing easily a testing liquid from being leaked, and capable of setting a using amount of the testing liquid to the minimum.
      SOLUTION: A chip storage part for positioning the microchip is formed in a holder base member, and the liquid leakage preventive tool is provided to fix the microchip attached to the chip storage part while pressing from its upper side. A seal part is preferably formed between a surface of the microchip and the liquid leakage preventive tool to put the testing liquid for use in an opening part of the liquid leakage preventive tool.
