    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rail cutting device surely preventing clothes from being caught by a flange wall by cutting the corner portion of the flange wall diagonally or in a round shape.
      SOLUTION: A first cutting structure 2 for cutting a rail R of a hat shape in cross section and a second cutting structure 3 for cutting the corner portion of the flange wall 5 are disposed adjacent to each other. The first cutting structure 2 includes: a fixed edge 10; a swingably supported movable edge 12; and a handle 13 and a boosting mechanism for operating the movable blade 12. The second cutting structure 3 comprises a fixed edge 35, a movable edge 36 guided and supported by the fixed edge 35, and a spring 37 returnably biasing the movable edge 36. Cutting edges 44, 49 for cutting the corner portion are provided to the fixed edge 35 and the movable edge 36 of the second cutting structure 3. Consequently, the corner portion of the flange wall 5 is cut by displaceably operating the movable edge 36 of the second cutting structure 3 from the cutting standby position to the cutting position by the boosting mechanism in connection with the cutting operation of the first cutting structure 2 by the handle 13.

The louver plate 4 is supported pivotally to the base frame 2 by a shaft 19, and can be opened and closed in an upper-opening rocking between a position, where the vent hole 3 is closed, and an open position. A clamp 23 fixing and holding the plate 4, and a stopper 25 receiving the louver plate 4 at the open position, are installed between the plate 4 and the base frame 2. The filter 6 can be taken in and out to and from a guide frame 17 secured on the internal surface of the louver plate 4 from an upper section under the state in which the louver plate 4 is opened. SOLUTION: This vent gallery is provided with a main body case 2, a filter 3 housed in the case 2, and an air permeable cover 4 which covers the front face of the case 2. The case 2 is provided with a housing section 5 housing the filter 3, a flange 6 protruded from the peripheral edge of the opening of the housing section 5, and a ratchet 16 provided around the housing section 5 and engaged with the peripheral wall of the fitting opening 1.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a condensation preventive heater unit that effectively lowers a temperature by circulating air in a distribution board and can prevent an electric appliance arranged in the vicinity of the heater unit from getting out of order by being exposed to high temperature heated air. SOLUTION: The heater unit comprises a sheathed heater 1 and a radiator case 2 that is laterally oblong and surrounds the external surface of the sheathed heater. Radiation holes 10 and ventilation holes 11 are formed at a main face wall 3 and upper and lower peripheral side faces 4 of the radiator case 2, respectively. The radiation holes 10 are formed at a wall face right opposite to a heater body 13, and rows of the holes are linearly aligned in the lateral direction along the heater body 13. The heated air is discharged from the radiation holes 10 right above the heater body 13, the flow of the heated air is made to be in almost an upward linear state, and an air circulation in a facility is thereby promoted, thus effectively lowering the temperature. Furthermore, the electric appliance is prevented from getting out of order by being exposed to the high temperature heated air.
