    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washer preventing corotation with a bolt or a nut by a simple structure. SOLUTION: This washer 10 has a bearing surface contact surface 12 formed on one surface and brought into contact with the bearing surface of the bolt or the nut, and a fastened object contact surface 13 formed on the other surface and brought into contact with an fastened object. Recessed portions 14 are formed in the fastened object contact surface 13 in a mutually spaced manner, projecting portions 15 are formed around the recessed portions, and height of each projecting portion 15 from the fastened object contact surface 13 is set to 20-50 μm. The washer 10 is brought into contact with the fastened object at the projecting portions 15 in order to be prevented from being slid. Since the washer is brought into contact with the nut at the original natural surface of a steel plate and is easily slid in comparison with contact with the fastened object through an uneven portion, no corotation when the nut is rotated and fastened occurs.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joining method and a joining structure by this joining method, for improving workability without impairing joining strength, when frictionally joining a plate material such as a bottom surface steel plate of a steel plate-concrete composite floor slab used for a steel structure such as a bridge via a splice plate at an installing job site.
      SOLUTION: In this plate material joining method, a joining bolt 1a for arranging a node part 4a of a size without passing through a bolt hole 6 between both side screw parts 2 and 2a, is respectively inserted into a bolt hole 6 arranged in a joining part 5a of a plurality of steel plates 5 to be joined, and is fixed to the steel plates 5 from the under surface side, and then, the splice plate 10 is arranged so as to cover the joining part 5a from above the joining bolt 1a in an opposed state of approaching the joining parts 5a and 5a. In frictionally joining by fastening by a nut 8a, a filler plate 9 provided with a bolt hole 9a of a size capable of passing the node part 4a of the joining bolt 1a and having the thickness tf larger than the height Ha of the node part 4a, is respectively placed in the joining part 5a, and then, the splice plate 10 is arranged, and the steel plate 5 is frictionally joined.
