On at least one side of the panel bodies continuing from the storage part 24, a free storage part 31 which is freely separable/touchable in the thickness in the unattached condition of each panel is provided for forming the pocket part 2 of the medium D. The panel body where the free storage part 31 is positioned has roughly the same outer shape and width as the medium D does, and the fixing part 25 of the panel body is formed on the outside of the storage part 24.
