    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a casing for an existing pile-pulling out device and an existing pile-pulling out method which enable easy pulling out of an existing pile.SOLUTION: A spiral screw blade 13 is provided on the inner peripheral surface of a casing 1 so as to extend from the tip end to the rear end. The casing 1 is press-fitted to the outer periphery of an existing pile P while rotating the casing 1, the existing pile P is raised together with earth and sand around the existing pile P up to the rear end of the casing 1 by the rotation of the screw blade 13, and the existing pile P is pulled out from the casing 1 while holding the upper end of the existing pile P. The existing pile P is raised together with the excavated earth and sand up to the rear end of the casing 1 by the rotation of the screw blade 13, whereby the upper end of the existing pile P is easily held to enable easy pulling out of the existing pile P.

      SOLUTION: This torsion management device 1 comprises a kelly-bar 2 serving as a rod-like lifting body; a long-sized torsion angle measuring hollow body 3 rigidly joined to the lower end of the kelly-bar; and a CSM excavator 4 rigidly joined to the lower end of the torsion angle measuring hollow body. The torsion management device 1 further comprises a rotary encoder 5 serving as a rotation angle detecting means installed in an upper part in the internal space of the torsion angle measuring hollow body 3, and a measuring rod 6 arranged almost coaxially with the torsion angle measuring hollow body 3. The lower end of the measuring rod 6 is stuck to the bottom part of the torsion angle measuring hollow body 3, and the upper end is connected to a rotating shaft of the rotary encoder 5.
