    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of removing earth and cobble stones in the outer periphery of a buried pile 11 when a pull-out hole 21 is drilled, and easily and surely pulling out the buried pile 11.SOLUTION: A pull-out device for a buried pipe is configured in such a manner that: a drilling casing 15 is comprised of a lower end excavating casing 15a and a connection casing 15b; the drilling casing 15 is rotated around a buried pile 11 to drill a pull-out hole 21 while a liquid is injected by an injection nozzle 17 and drilling bits 16 provided in the excavating casing 15a; and the buried pile 11 is pulled out after the pull-out hole 21 is drilled. In the pull-out device, earth removing protrusions 27 spirally protruding for separating sediment adhered to the buried pile 11 are provided on an inner wall of a cylindrical body 36 configuring the excavating casing 15a continuously or intermittently from a lower end to a top end of the cylindrical body 36.
