    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminating device and a laminating method for obtaining a solar battery module of high-quality without bubble capable of preventing the phenomenon of melting filler in a situation where air remains in an inner section of an object to be laminated.SOLUTION: A laminating device 10 comprises; a laminating unit 9 comprising diaphragm 6 arranged above it and a heater board 2 arranged above it; and a carrying sheet 3 moving on the heater board in a state where a laminating object 20 containing filler is loaded thereon and carrying the laminating object onto/from the heater board. The laminating device 10 melts the filler by heating the laminating object on the heater board carried onto the heater board by virtue of the carrying sheet and presses the laminating object between the heater board and the diaphragm. The carrying sheet has a mechanism for changing the distance between the heater board and the laminating object by change a thickness thereof.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring material connection device in which a solar cell string is prevented from damage when a wiring material is connected with a bus bar electrode of a solar battery cell to make the solar cell string.SOLUTION: A wiring material connection device 1 includes: a conveyance mechanism 5 that supports to convey the vicinity of two opposing sides of two or more solar battery cells 2 arranged in a predetermined direction; a bus bar electrode 3 of one light receiving surface side of two adjoining solar battery cells 2 among the two or more solar battery cells 2; a wiring material connection part 6 that connects a wiring material with a bus bar electrode 3 of the other non-light receiving surface side; and a support member 7 that is disposed under the wiring material connection part 6, can move in a vertical direction, ascends and comes in contact with two solar battery cells 2 to which the wiring material is connected when the wiring material connection part 6 connects the bus bar electrode 3 and the wiring material, and descends to a position out of contact with the two or more solar battery cells 2 while the conveyance mechanism 5 conveys the two or more solar battery cells 2.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accuracy of defect detection of a solar battery.SOLUTION: A defect detector includes: a holding part 10 which holds a solar battery cell 9 which is an inspection object; a surface light source 4 having a plurality of point light sources 3; pitch control parts (5, 7) which generate drive control signals; movement mechanisms (6, 8) which move the surface light source 4 based on the drive control signals; a light source control part 13 which generates a light emission control signal for controlling a light emission pattern of the surface light source 4; and a measurement part 11 which measures a current value of current generated in the solar battery cell 9 according to light emitted by the surface light source 4, and generates measurement information showing the current value. The pitch control parts (5, 7) generate the drive control signals so that the surface light source 4 moves at pitches smaller than intervals between the plurality of point light sources 3. The measurement part 11 generates a plurality of pieces of measurement information for every position of the surface light source 4 to the solar battery cell 9.
