    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To block off the heat from the floor surface, prevent occurrence of flaw on the surface by improving the strength, and block off the heat transmitted from the side wall of a baggage room to a metal plate by using a insulating heat panel having a metal plate on the surface in the bedding panel board of a vehicle baggage room.
      SOLUTION: The bedding panel board is composed of an approximate square laminated sheet where metal plate 1 having excellent corrosion resistance is disposed on the upper and lower surfaces and a foamed plastic insulating material 3 is interposed between them, and a cover member 4 made of plastic is provided at the side part of the laminated sheet. Since the hardness of the metal plate is hard, it is hard to be get scratched on the surface and has excellent appearance, and it is easy to keep it clean. In addition, since heat transmission to the metal plate 1 is blocked off by the cover member 4, the loaded baggage does not become high temperature even if the bedding panel board is laid by contacting to the side wall of the baggage room.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure wherein coupling with rivets is not required, the replacement work of a flat panel is easy, and also, the reduction of the number of parts is possible.
      SOLUTION: The rear surfaces of two flat panels 41 ad 42 being adjacent to each other are fixed to the external surface 5a of a bone member 5 with a bonding material 6 under a state wherein a specified gap 20 is placed so that the end edges of the flat panels 41 and 42 may not come into contact with. A panel cover 7 has approximately the same length as the length of the end edges 41a and 42a of the flat panels 41 and 42 along the gap 20. The panel cover 7 covers the gap 20 between the end edges 41a and 42a from the exterior surface 3 side, and is fixed to a vicinity of the end edges 41a and 42a with the bonding material 8. On the panel cover 7, two ribs 10 which protrude to the side of the flat panels 41 and 42, and extend along the gap 20 are integrally formed. The two ribs 10 respectively are in contact with or close to the end edges 41a and 42a of the two flat panels 41 and 42.
