    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage brewing device that reduces trouble due to pulsation of a tube pump 43. SOLUTION: A beverage is sucked from upstream of a beverage delivery path and discharged to a downstream side by the tube pump 43 rotationally driven by a pump motor. The tube pump 43 includes two tubes 119 which have one-ends connected to the upstream of the beverage delivery path in parallel and the other-ends connected to the downstream of the beverage delivery path in parallel. The beverage brewing device includes a plurality of rotary bodies 118 provided with a plurality of tube rollers 121, rotating while pressing the tubes 119 in a length direction, for each tube 119. Each of the rotary bodies 118 is displaced relative to the rotating direction of each tube roller 121. Consequently, there is no non-discharge zone on the whole tube pump 43 even if discharge and non-discharge of beverages from each tube 119 are repeated as pulsation, more specifically, there is a non-discharge zone. The heat up return line 72 of the heat-up circuit 70 is provided with a heating circulation water supply valve 97 for supplying water to the heating circulation line 92 from the heat up return line 72. The heating circulation water supply valve 97 is opened when performing air bleeding control of the heat-up circuit 70.       SOLUTION: The water heater is equipped with a reheating circuit 53 for circulating hot water of a hot water storage tank 17 in a reheating circulation passage 53a and reheating bath water by a reheating heat exchanger 44, and a boiling-up circuit 70 for circulating the water of the hot water storage tank 17 in the boiling-up circulation passage 70a and boiling up the hot water by the heat pump unit 75. The reheating circuit 53 and the boiling-up circuit 70 merge at a merging part 73, and hot water is returned to the hot water storage tank 17 from one of a plurality of intake passages 52 via a switching valve 48. During a defrosting operation or an anti-freezing operation, the inlet side of the switching valve 48 is closed, and the hot water of the hot water storage tank 17 taken into the reheating circuit 53 is returned to the hot water storage tank 17 through the confluence 73 and the boiling-up circuit 70. The heat pump unit 75 is defrosted by using heat of the hot water in the hot water storage tank 17. The hot water in the hot water storage tank 17 is replaced with water in the boiling-up circulation passage 70a, and freezing in the boiling-up circulation passage 70a is prevented.
