摘要：ガスケット組み立てに対して最適の摺接リングを製造するための製造方法を提供する。付加反応型ポリシロキサンと、硬化触媒と、シリコーンオイルと、充填材とを混練して硬化前のシリコーンゴムGを形成する。硬化前のシリコーンゴムGを金型Kの収納空間41内に投入する。前記シリコーンゴムGをプランジャ42で押圧してゲート44からキャビティ43に圧入する。圧入される過程で流入するシリコーンゴムGの流動体の表面に、配合されたシリコーンオイルをブリードさせつつ充満させる。キャビティ43内で圧入されたシリコーンゴムGを硬化させて表面にシリコーンオイルがブリードした摺接リング19を形成する。硬化後、金型Kから摺接リング19を取り出す。
