摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposal method of garbage causing no malodor, a ball mill apparatus suited to this disposal method, and a garbage collection vehicle loaded with the ball mill apparatus. SOLUTION: Garbage, old paper, ligneous chips, kenaf and earth are agitated and crushed, and the crushed garbage-containing matter 60 is fermented to obtain compost. At this time, as the garbage-containing crushed matter 60 is fermented with its periphery covered with the ligneous chips 61, 63, no malodor is generated. The ligneous chips 61, 63 used to cover the garbage-containing matter 60 are reused as the ligneous chips in subsequent fermentations for forming the garbage-containing crushed matter 60 by agitating and crushing together with the garbage. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spraying apparatus which can be made smaller in size as a whole by constituting a conveying part small in size and compact.
SOLUTION: The spraying apparatus 1 has a mixer section 2 for mixing and agitation a spraying material 10, a delivery section 5 for pressure-feeding the spraying material 10 in a hose 4 and blowing off the spraying material 10 from a spraying nozzle 11, and a conveying part 3 for conveying the spraying material 10 from the mixer section 2 to the delivery section 5. The conveying part 3 conveys the spraying material 10 by a recessed part 33 formed on the outer peripheral surface of a rotor 31 along the circumferential direction of the rotor. The conveyance route length of the spraying material 10 can thereby be made longer than the diametral size of the rotor which is the size of the conveying part 3. The conveyance route length necessary for adjustment of a conveyance amount can be assured without making the conveying part 3 larger. Accordingly, the spraying apparatus 1 can be constituted to a small size.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garbage treatment method for producing an artificial soil by economically treating garbage using industrial wastes.
SOLUTION: The garbage treatment involves adding wastepaper 2 such as waste newspaper functioning as a water-retaining agent to garbage/human excrements/livestock excrements 1 recovered in step 1 (step 2); loading them into a pulverizer 3 such as a juicer and pulverizing them while adding water 4 (step 3); and adding concentrated sludge 6 obtained by washing aggregates in a production process in a clay and sand plant to the pulverized mixture 5 and mixing the obtained mixture with a stirring and mixing machine 7 such as a washtub mixer (step 4). The obtained mixture 8 is mixed with air 9 and a coagulant/starch 10 and while being stirred, the mixture is transported to a mesh conveyer 11 (step 5) and water is drained by transporting the mixture 12 by the mesh conveyer 11 after mixing (step 6). As a result, water is removed and artificial soil 13 with a prescribed viscosity can be obtained from the discharge end of the mesh conveyer 11 and recovered in a recovery part 14.
