    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create new energy by utilizing existing equipment and to enable abnormality in a pipeline to be continuously detected by private power generation even in a state that the power supply to a pipeline sensor installation part is interrupted.SOLUTION: A piping sensor with a private power generation function comprises: an inner pipe 2 which connects parting parts of a pipeline divided at its halfway; a bypass pipe 3 which has a flow pass branched from a position located on the upstream side of the inner pipe 2 to an outer periphery isolated from the inner pipe 2; a rotor 4 which is rotatably provided in the flow pass of the bypass pipe 3 so as to be freely rotatable around the inner pipe 2, and rotates itself autonomously around a pipe axis of the inner pipe by fluid circulation into the flow pass of the bypass pipe 3; an electromotive device 5 which is brought close to and fixed to at least any one of an inner peripheral surface, an outer peripheral surface of the rotor 4, and a constitution surface of a structure, and produces an electromotive force by the autonomous rotation of the rotor 4; and a detector 6 which can detect a detection signal which correlates with the fluid circulation in the pipeline on the upstream side and the downstream side of the parting parts.
