    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dish washer which can maintain a temperature of washing water stored in a washing tank at a temperature required for washing (about 65°C) by heat transfer from a rinsing tank via a partition without generating cavitation in a rinsing pump which sucks rinsing water from the rinsing tank.SOLUTION: A dish washer includes a washing tank 201 and a rinsing tank 301 which are arranged adjacently to each other via a metal partition 251 whose side face and upper face are in contact with washing water stored in the washing tank 201, maintains a temperature of rinsing water in the rinsing tank 301 at a temperature at which steam is generated, and maintains a temperature of the washing water in the washing tank 201 at a temperature of about 65°C by heat transfer via the partition 251 (heat conduction from the rinsing water using the side face of the partition 251 and heat conduction by steam in the rinsing tank 301 using the upper face of the partition 251). A water supply port 354 of a water supply pipe 351 which supplies tap water to the rinsing tank 301 is disposed at a position allowing water to be partially introduced to a pump suction port 332 to introduce cold water into a rinsing pump 311 which sucks rinsing water.

When the noodle basket 22 containing frozen noodle is lifted down, hot water filled in the water vessel up to the top edge of an overflow cap flows out and is drained from the overflow cap by the volume equal to the volume of the frozen noodle 1.
