    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make effective use of electric power of a storage battery even when it is necessary to prevent an inverse load flow from the storage battery to a commercial power supply during an interconnection operation.SOLUTION: The dispersed power supply system includes: first adjustment means (a DC-DC converter 11) for adjusting a DC voltage output from a generated power supply (a solar battery 10); second adjusting means (a bidirectional DC-DC converter 12) for adjusting a DC voltage output from the storage battery 14; conversion means (a bidirectional DC-AC converter 13) for inputting DC power output from the first and the second adjusting means, converting the voltage into AC power and supplying the power to a load 30 and, as needed, inversely flowing the power into a commercial power supply 40; and control means (control sections 15-1 to 15-3) for controlling the second adjusting means and conversion means so that electric power is not flowed into the commercial power supply from the storage battery while AC power is being flowed into the commercial power supply from the conversion means.
