摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medial/distal chip for an artificial joint favorably guiding the insertion of a stem in a cementless artificial joint, retaining the inserted stem in a stable position, causing neither osteolysis nor loosening of the artificial joint, and recovering a thinned part, a defective part, and a friable part of the bone using a distal chip. SOLUTION: This medial/distal chip for the artificial joint is attached to a medial part or a distal part of the stem of the cementless artificial stem 2, guides the stem 2 of the artificial joint such that, when being inserted in the medullary cavity 4, the distal end 2a of the stem 2 is prevented from directly abut on the inner surface of the medullary cavity 4 and, when finishing the insertion of the stem, stably positions the stem in the medullary cavity 4. The medial/distal chip 10 is composed of a bone prosthetic material. The medial/distal chip 10 has two-layer structure having its outer layer composed of the bone prosthetic material and the inner layer part composed of a decomposable/absorptive material in vivo. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a golf putter by which a height for hitting a golf ball is normally made to be stable and the hit ball is surely made to roll on the ground by forward spinning. SOLUTION: The golf putter is provided with a head 20 with a face 21 for hitting the golf ball B. The putter is constituted to position the most projecting part of the face 21 at a place where the height from the bottom part 22 of the head is equal to or more than the radius r of the golf ball B. By the configuration, then the golf ball B is hit at a position a little upper than the height of the radius of the golf ball B on the face 21 and a part from the lower part of the face 21 to the bottom 22 of the head is made to be an arc shape without a corner by regression.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distal tip for the determination of the stem position of an artificial joint which satisfactorily guides insertion of the stem into an intraspinal cavity, which holds the whole stem in a good attitude within the intraspinal cavity by positioning the distal end of the stem at a scheduled position within the intraspinal cavity, and which never induce osteolysis or losing of the artificial joint even when the distal tip is used.
SOLUTION: The distal tip 10 for the determination of the stem positioning of the artificial joint is fitted to the vicinity of the stem distal end 2a of the cement-less artificial joint to guide the stem distal end 2a to avoid abutting directly to the inner surface of the intraspinal cavity 4 of a bone 3 when the stem 2 of the artificial joint is inserted to the inside of the intraspinal cavity 4 and to stably position the stem distal end 2a in the cavity 4 when insertion of the stem 2 is completed. The distal tip 10 consists of an in-vivo decomposable and absorbable material.
