PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a swing practice equipment which enable a user to surely and easily master not only a desirable golf swing but a desirable bat swing of baseball and softball common to the golf swing. SOLUTION: This swing practice equipment has a grip 10, a shaft 20 and a head 30 and is used for practicing the swing in the golf, baseball and softball. A hollow section 31 is formed within the head 30 and liquid, such as water, or particulate solid of a sandy or small granular form is put in a half filled state into this hollow section 31.
