    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine-particulate analyzer capable of measuring a particle size distribution of fine particulates having a wide distribution from a nano-meter size to a submicron size suspended in a gas phase, and the change along with a lapse of time in a number concentration about the specified particle size of fine particulate while classifying in two kinds of particle size ranges, at the same time and in a real time. SOLUTION: In this fine-particulate analyzer, the first measuring area 2 is formed between a common electrode part 4 and the center electrode 5, in a differential type electric mobility measuring instrument 1, the second measuring area 3 is formed between the common electrode part 4 and a conductive sleeve 20, the charged fine particulates are led into a sample gas introducing hole 27 through a sample gas introducing tube 26, one portion thereof is taken in the first measuring area 2 via a sample gas introducing slit 10, the remainder thereof is taken in the second measuring area 3 from a sample gas introducing flow passage 31, and the taken-in charged particulates are classified under respective measuring conditions.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite-type fine particle analyzer, capable of dividing the particle size distribution of fine particles floating in a gaseous phase into at least two particle size ranges to measure the divided particle size distributions at the same time.
      SOLUTION: The composite-type fine particle analyzer 100 is equipped with a housing 10, having a center wall 15 for bisecting the inside of the housing, and a first center electrode part 19a for forming a first measuring regions 13a, with respect to the housing 10 and a second center electrode part 19b for forming a second measuring region 13b. A first fine particle number and concentration counter 29a is provided under the first center electrode part 19a, and a second fine particle number and concentration counter 29b is provided under the second center electrode part 19b. A sheath gas inlet passage 45, an aerosol inlet passage 54, an excess gas discharge passage 67 for discharging excess gas outside of the housing 10 a sample gas discharge passage 72 for guiding the sample gas passing through the respective fine particle number and concentration counters to the excess gas discharge passage 67 are successively provided to the center wall 15 from above.
