On the other hand, the expanded steam discharged from the steam engine is condensed by an exhaust heat recovery heat exchanger 106 to generate a liquid-phase working medium and to recover exhaust heat energy, and the liquid-phase working medium obtained from the exhaust heat recovery heat exchanger is supplied, under pressure, to the coil tubes by the pressuring pump 115, enabling highly efficient thermal-electric combined supply.
