摘要： PURPOSE:To circulate a shackle unit in an aligned state to a working bay by mutually setting up, each in a specified state, a lower rater device, incline conveyor device rail, free curve conveyor and guide member. CONSTITUTION:At a point where an incline conveyor 9 and free curve conveyor 12 cross each other, a shackle with a slaughtered mass suspended is removed, with a rotating hook 14b, from the trolley 5 of a shackle unit moving with slaughtered masses suspended, and a unloaded shackle 6 carried by the conveyor 12 is set for the above-mentioned shackle on a guide member 16 using a contact piece 18 for the rotating hook. When said unloaded shackle 6 is latched to the trolley 5 waiting at the receiving body 8g of a lower rater device 8, said receiving body is allowed to descend, and the shackle unit is put on the starting end of the conveyor 9 again.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enhance efficiency and save man-power in processing a slaughted body by bringing a hook of a block member, which is carried by means of a conveyor chain, in contact with a block-abutting piece, turning the hook, and slightly inclining the hook in the lateral direction. CONSTITUTION:A hook-abutting piece 22 is rotated to the solid line in the figure, so that it intersects with a conveyor chain 12, while a sliding part 22a of the abutting piece 22 is brought in contact with a stopper part 26. Next, the conveyor chain 12 moves, so that a hook 15 of a block member 13 is brought in contact with an abutting part 22b of the hook-abutting piece 22. At this time, the conveyor chain 12 moves on as it is. As a result, the hook 15 rotates counterclockwise, and at the same time it is slightly inclined toward the tip part of the abutting piece 22. Thus, in a shackle 17, its engaging frame part 18 slides and moves the hook 15 of the block member 13, so that the shackle 17 falls. With this contrivance, man-power can be saved, and work efficiency can be enhanced.
