    • PURPOSE: To separate mud water to waste water that can be continuously released and a semisolid by adding a flocculating agent to the mud water, stirring the water and separating the same to supernatant water and water contg. the flocculated material after passage through a hose, spraying the water in the form of a mist to a heated body and dehydrating the same.
      CONSTITUTION: When mud water is admitted like an arrow 18 into a tank 1, the mud water is transferred from the tank 1 into a tank 2, and while the water enters the 1st hose 3 from the upper discharging port 19 of the tank 2, soil and gravel of large grains size are settled and the approximately homogeneous mud water is obtd. Such mud water is admitted through the hose 3 into an injector 4 for flocculating agent. The mud water flows in an arrow 22 direction in the injector 4 where an agitator 7 rotates and the flocculating agent is added dropwise from an automatic dripper 6 in proportion to the number of revolutions thereof. While the mud water moves in the 2nd hose 9, flocs are formed, and the mud water is separated to supernatant water and flucculated water by a floc separator 10. The supernatant water is released through a discharging port 12, and the flocculated water is sprayed by the air blown from the end of a nozzle 16 and is stuck to a rotary cylindrical body 17 for heating, whereby the water is dried.
