摘要： PURPOSE:To cast a member having high strength in the stage of pressure casting of a member having an aperture such as a rim for a vehicle or the like by forming the sprue of a casting cavity into an inverted circular cone shape, interposing a water cooled extension part thereon and cooling and solifidying a molten metal under pressure. CONSTITUTION:A molten metal in a melting tank 10 in a heating chamber 1 in the lower part is forced into the casting cavity 13 formed of die bodies 3, 4 by the high pressure gas supplied through a conduit 11. The molten metal pressurized by the gas passes through a stalk 14 and is charged through an inverted circular cone shaped sprue 9 formed to the body 3 into the cavity 13. An internally water-cooled extension part 18 from another die member 4 is preliminarily positioned to face the sprue 9. The pressure of the gas for pressurization is measured with a gage 16 and the supply of the gas is stopped after confirmation that the molten metal is filled in the cavity 13. A pressurizing punch 6 is then depressed downward by a cylinder 8 to cool and solidify the unsolidified melt in the cavity 13 under the pressurized condition. A rim for a vehicle or the like having an excellent strength characteristic is thus cast.

摘要： PURPOSE:To perform pressure casting easily and efficiently by protuberantly providing an extension part to one die member, forming a sprue to the other die member in the position corresponding to this extension part, fitting the extension part into the sprue and carrying out pressure casting. CONSTITUTION:With a die member 4 held moved to raise, a gas is introduced into a melting tank 10, and molten metal is filled in a predetermined amount in the cavity of the die member 3. The die memeber 4 is lowered by a main cylinder 7 to hermetically close the cavity 13. At this time, a minute gap is formed between the extension part 18 and the sprue 9 in the position where said part is inserted and therefore the molten metal in the sprue 9 first solidifies. The gas pressure is released to allow the molten metal to descend. The pressing force in the cylinder 8 is released and the die member 4 is pulled up by the operation of the main cylinder 7. The product in the cavity 13 is extracted from the die member 3 in the state that the product is held bound to the die member 4. The cylinder 8 is again operated and the product is ejected by a pressing punch 6, whereby it is taken out.

摘要： PURPOSE:To get a continuous clean and stable printing without using any chemicals for a long period of time by a method wherein mere water is used as wetting water having a constant pH value and temperature condition and to provide a stable supply of wetting water to the printing press. CONSTITUTION:Wetting water circulated from the printing press is passed through the circulation pipe 28 and fed into the filter 4 of the filter chamber 14, drawings and other inpurities are removed from the water, and then the water is fed into the adjusting tank 18. Water such as the tap water is supplied into the adjusting tank 18 in reference to a water level meter to keep the water level constant. Temperature of the wetting water is also kept constant by operating a cooling mechanism 7 or a heater in reference to an operation of a temperature measuring mechanism. The wetting water kept in the adjusting tank 18 having a constant water level is fed to the printing press by a pump.
