    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the installation of a printing board presser structure, also to facilitate the fixing work of a fixing screw for a printing presser board, and to enlarge a height regulating range of the printing board. SOLUTION: A mounting board 12 is mounted on a rear section in a frame of the electronic device, a regulating nut 14 is movably engaged with engagement holes 12d provided downwardly and upwardly at slopes 12b in the board 12, the fixing screw 16 inserted into an insertion hole 15a on the root side of the presser board 15 is inserted into the insertion hole 14b of the nut 14 and the hole 12d of the board 12, and the board 15 is fixed to the hole 12d of the board 12 by screwing the board to an internal thread 14d of the nut 14. In addition, a protrusion 14e of the nut 14 is fitted into a groove 15b provided at the lower section on the root side of the board 15 to provide a detent of the board 15, and a recess 15c provided at a lower section on the top side of the board 15 is engaged with an upper section of a printing board 18.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure the waveform of the frequency component of arbitrary frequency component contained in the engine generating torque and the waveform of the engine generating torque in a high accuracy. SOLUTION: In the engine testing apparatus which carries out the torque control of the dynamometer 2 by the output torque sensing of the engine 1; an engine generating torque estimator 10 performs sine conversion and cosine conversion of the output torque detected signal on the frequency (f) with multipliers 16 and 17, passes these signals to the low pass filters 18, 19 (or an integrator), respectively, and extracts only the sine element and the cosine element of the frequency (f) which are contained in the engine generating torque. These are performed in reverse sine conversion and reverse cosine conversion with multipliers 20 and 21, respectively, and it composes with an adder 24, and the waveform of the frequency (f) element is acquired about engine generating torque.
