    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply feeder for construction in which switching construction of an existing power supply feeder and an existing coaxial cable can be executed in an uninterruptive wave manner in maintenance work of a transmission path for a cable television. SOLUTION: The power supply feeder for the construction is composed of a rectifier (12) for rectifying AC fed from an external power supply to DC, an inverter (13) for converting the rectified DC to the AC matched with the phase of the AC flowing in a coaxial cable (5) for the CATV and for outputting it, a transformer (14) for outputting the voltage of the inverter output by matching it with the voltage of the coaxial cable (5), and a control unit (CON) for controlling the inverter(13) so that the phase of the inverter output is matched with the phase of the AC flowing in the coaxial cable (5) by detecting the phase of the AC of the external power supply and the phase of the AC flowing in the coaxial cable (5).     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely diagnose degradation in breakdown strength even at an applied voltage equal to or below a nominal value.
      SOLUTION: A measuring voltage Vx where a DC voltage Vdc is superposed on an oscillation signal (AC voltage Vac) of an oscillation circuit 2 at a convolution circuit 3 is amplified at an amplification circuit 4, which is applied to a semiconductor device 1. While the measuring voltage Vx is raised stepwise, a leak current Ir flowing to the semiconductor device 1 is detected with a leak current detecting circuit 5. A phase difference θ between the leak current Ir and the AC voltage Vac is acquired at a calculation part 15, and further an absolute value |X| of a reactance X is acquired. The degree of degradation of the semiconductor device is judged at a degradation judging part 16 based on the rate of change (fall rate) of the absolute value |X| of the reactance X. Thus, such measuring voltage Vx as up to a half of the nominal voltage can be applied for diagnosing degradation, to eliminate the need for raising the measuring voltage Vx up to the nominal voltage, resulting in suppressing a voltage stress applied to the semiconductor device 1.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a pole transformer for distribution using insulating oil containing polychlorobiphehyl to be reused as a treated case or a steel material and save space for storing a huge amount of the pole transformers for distribution by cleaning the pole transformer with safe cleaning fluid easy to use in order to effectively and safely collect the insulating oil from the pole transformer and detoxify the pole transformer enough to satisfy legal standard values. SOLUTION: The insulating oil containing polychlorobiphenyl is sucked out and drip-extracted from the pole transformer for distribution by a residual oil extracting means 1. The extracted insulating oil is collected by an oil collecting means 7, while the internal and external surfaces of the pole transformer are cleaned with low hydraulic pressure jet by a primary cleaning means after extracting the insulating oil, dried and sent to a dismantling and separating means 3 to be dismantled and separated into the case and an internal member. After the case is sent to a secondary cleaning means 4 and the inside thereof is cleaned by a high hydraulic pressure jet and dried, the case is furthermore sent to a solvent cleaning means 11 and cleaned by a hydrocarbon solvent so as to be reus able as the treated case or the steel material.
