    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply feeder for construction in which switching construction of an existing power supply feeder and an existing coaxial cable can be executed in an uninterruptive wave manner in maintenance work of a transmission path for a cable television. SOLUTION: The power supply feeder for the construction is composed of a rectifier (12) for rectifying AC fed from an external power supply to DC, an inverter (13) for converting the rectified DC to the AC matched with the phase of the AC flowing in a coaxial cable (5) for the CATV and for outputting it, a transformer (14) for outputting the voltage of the inverter output by matching it with the voltage of the coaxial cable (5), and a control unit (CON) for controlling the inverter(13) so that the phase of the inverter output is matched with the phase of the AC flowing in the coaxial cable (5) by detecting the phase of the AC of the external power supply and the phase of the AC flowing in the coaxial cable (5).     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of replacing an aerial line between electric poles, without an old line or a new line getting hung down between the electric poles when replacing to a new line, capable of performing a replacement work without any obstacle even at a place crossing over a heavy traffic road or over a private land, furthermore with excellent safety and workability, and to provide a replacement tool enabling the method.SOLUTION: A cylindrical cover member 10 made of plastic is sequentially mounted on an old line 16 to be replaced from a pole 24 on a sending side toward a pole 26 on a receiving side. As a replacement from an old line 16 to a new line 30 is done through the inside of the cover member 10, the new line 30 can be newly laid at the same position as the old line 16, without getting an aerial line or the like hung down between the electric poles 24 and 26. Furthermore, the cover member 10 is made of light plastic, which makes it possible to lift it rather easily up to the electric pole 24 so as to contribute to the safety of a replacement work.
