An NE-FS (Network Element-File Server) 3 registers the station data 11A, 11B and the application management file 12. An OCSE 4A for applying the station data references the application management file 12 registered in the NE-FS 3 to apply the station data 11A, 11B. At the time of successively receiving a number calling signal, next-ordered caller number read out of the same extension number area. Thus, this system attains automatic calling to ISDN communication network 1 and automatic dial transmission by the automatic transmission requirement.

After the accumulation of the information is performed, the means 5a monitors a time, and sends accumulated terminal number and message to a delivery means 6 when it arrives at transmission time, then, the message can be transmitted to the terminal 3 provided with the mobile body terminal number.
