    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a three-dimensional model of satisfactory accuracy by reducing capacity as much as possible. SOLUTION: Three-dimensional measurement by a stereo camera is performed from a plurality of directions to an actual model WM of a work to be three-dimensionally recognized. Then a temporary three-dimensional model is created by aligning and integrating a predetermined number of pieces of three-dimensional information restored by each measurement (three-dimensional information of each measurement point of [12], [3], [6], and [9]). Further recognition processing by the temporary three-dimensional model is performed to the three-dimensional information which is not integrated and after carrying out alignment of the three-dimensional information (information on a measurement point [10]) of which recognition result is determined as not correct, to the temporary three-dimensional model. Finally, registration of the three-dimensional model to which all pieces of the three-dimensional information which have not been correctly recognized are added is formally carried out.
