摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give a unique feel like as glossy feel of metal, and perform printing by the use of printers of various printing methods by laminating metal foil on the carrier via an adhesive resin layer, and providing an adhesive layer for laminating a transparent paper. SOLUTION: Metal foil is laminated on the carrier via an adhesive resin layer, and further a transparent paper is laminated by providing an adhesive resin layer. For example, a quality paper is used as a carrier, and an emulsion type adhesive is applied by means of a direct gravure coater to then be dried by hot air and superimposed with aluminum foil as metallic foil for making a metal foil-affixed paper. In the next place, for a transparent paper, an emulsion type adhesive is applied on one surface of a tracing paper by a direct gravure coater before being dried by hot air, and the metal foil-affixed paper is superimposed in a manner allowing the metal foil to be superimposed with the transparent paper for forming metal glossy paper. By varying the kind of metal foil or weight of the transparent paper, much variation is attained.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a magnetic shielding effect as an electromagnetic shielding material and a workability for forming an article by a method wherein a metal foil is bonded through a bonding material to the surface of a continuous paper employed as a base material. SOLUTION: A continuous paper 10 delivered from a stock paper delivering part 1 is trimmed, when necessary, with trimming rolls 2 so as to match to the breadth of a metal foil 11 and then sent further. On the other hand, one side of the metal foil 11 delivered from a stock metal foil delivering part 5 is roughened through corona discharging at a corona discharging part. And, a molten bonding material 12 made of polyethylene resin or the like is fed from a bonding material feeding system 4 so as to bond the continuous paper 10 to roughened surface of the metal foil 11 in order to form a paper-metal composite material C. This paper-metal composite material C is cooled by being brought into contact with the cooling roll 6a and then inspected with a spot detector 7 so as to take the paper-metal composite material C having a favorable surface through a guide roll 8 up to a take-up roll 9 under the state that the metal surface faces outside.

Al foil 1 is laminated to the other surface of the kraft paper 4 through a low density polyethylene layer 3 and a coating layer 2 of low density polyethylene with a thickness of 0.02-0.03mm is provided on the other surface of the Al foil 1. As a result, a deodorizing sheet hard to tear during cargo work and having self deodorizing function is obtained.

Further spherical transparent balls 2 having excellent light transmission and 2-20mum diameter are uniformly dispersed and fixed through an adhesive to the reflecting layer and a transparent film 1 such as polyethylene having excellent light transmittance and ink absorption is laminated to the reflecting layer to give recording paper. Since light going from the surface of the recording paper is transmitted through the transparent film 1, part of the light is reflected in a scattering manner from the surface of the transparent balls 2, the rest of the light is not scattered in the direction parallel to the paper plane, reflected through the interior of the transparent balls 2 from the reflecting layer 3 and diffusively goes out in a scattering manner from the paper plane in the wide direction, the distance between indecent light position of light and going out position of the light is small and light spreading and dot gain phenomena are suppressed.
