SOLUTION: This method for preparing a pressure-sensitive adhesive by polymerizing a pressure-sensitive adhesive monomer and a pressure-sensitive adhesive oligomer reaction product comprises effecting the polymerization of a pressure-sensitive adhesive monomer and a pressure-sensitive adhesive oligomer reaction product in a solvent of a supercritical fluid, a near supercritical fluid or a under-critical fluid. A pressure- sensitive adhesive composition contains a pressure-sensitive adhesive polymer dispersed in a solvent of a supercritical fluid, a near supercritical fluid or a under-critical fluid and a co-solvent. Further, a method for forming a stable dispersion of a pressure- sensitive adhesive polymer in a solvent of a super-critical fluid, a near supercritical fluid or an under-critical fluid comprises dispersing a pressure-sensitive adhesive polymer into a mixture of a solvent of a supercritical fluid, a near supercritical fluid or an under-critical fluid and a co-solvent.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a uniform silk protein which shows no dispersion in the particle size. SOLUTION: When dissolving a silk protein, the silk protein is dissolved in a mixed solvent comprising a first solvent such as dichloroacetic acid or the like which cuts hydrogen bonds between the silk protein molecules, inhibits the reduction in the molecular weight of the silk protein associated with its dissolution and prevents deterioration of polymer characteristics of the silk protein and a second component solvent such as methylene chloride or the like which is compatible with the first solvent, inhibits reduction in the molecular weight of the silk protein associated with its dissolution treatment and has an ability to improve the solubility of the silk protein, wherein the mix ratio of the first solvent to the second solvent is from (50-95):(50-5) v/v% to prepare a dope. This dope is dropped from a pore nozzle into a coagulating bath and allowed to coagulate to prepare silk protein microbeads. Here, if the dope is added with a neutral salt such as sodium chloride or the like and eluted after coagulation, the obtained beads are porous.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing a cellulose acylate solution in good solubility by a cooling dissolution method and a high pressure dissolution method using a non-chlorinated organic solvent substantially not using a chlorinated hydrocarbon such as methylene chloride, to provide a cellulose acylate film having excellent planarity and free from fubbles from the solution, and to provide a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: This method for preparing a cellulose acylate solution comprises preliminarily cooling a used organic solvent 1 at -100 to -10 deg.C with a cooler 2, introducing the cooled organic solvent from a port 9 for introducing the organic solvent into a mixing pot 3 with a heat-insulating jacket 5, stirring the introduced organic solvent with a stirrer 4, transporting a cellulose acylate 6 stored in a silo 7 with a cutting and transporting machine 8, introducing the cellulose acylate from a cellulose acylate introduction port 10 into the mixing pot 3, and simultaneously mixing the introduced cellulose acylate with the cooled organic solvent. Thus, the cellulose acylate is immediately swollen. This method comprising introducing the cellulose acylate into the low temperature organic solvent makes it possible to more largely shorten the swelling time than by a conventional method comprising mixing the cellulose acylate with the organic solvent and subsequently cooling the mixture. The swollen mixture is transferred from a mixture-discharging port 11 to the next process.

SOLUTION: This W/O type emulsion, in which a water-swellable cross-linked polymer comprising (a) 35-100 wt.% of an ionic monomer, (b) 0-65 wt.% of a nonionic monomer and (c) 0.3-1 mol.% (based on the component (a) and (b)) of at least one bifunctional monomer is dispersed and an oil phase is composed of one or plural fatty acid esters is used as a thickening agent in a beauty or a medicine preparation. The polymer has excellent efficiency, ready wettability, is self reversible and usable without an additional neutralization process and produces pH6-7.
