    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel oxetane compound, an active energy ray-curable composition that includes the oxetane compound, is highly sensitive to active energy ray irradiation and forms an excellently curable cured product, an ink composition that includes the curable composition and is suitable as an inkjet ink composition exhibiting excellent jetting stability, and an inkjet recording method using the ink composition. SOLUTION: The oxetane compound is represented by general formula (1). The active energy ray-curable composition includes the oxetane compound. The ink composition and the inkjet recording method are also provided. In general formula (1), R 11 -R 15 are each independently a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group; R 21 -R 24 are each independently a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, an alkoxy group or a halogen atom; and R is an alkyl group having a total carbon number of at least 3 and at most 10 and containing a partial structure selected from among an oxirane ring, an oxetane ring and vinyl ether, or a vinyl group.
