The regulation of the bottom dead point is conducted, for example, by driving a stepping motor 24 to rotate via a worm 23 a worm wheel 22, rotating a screw shaft 10 through a spline shaft 21, and elevationally moving a screw holder nut 11 together with a slide plate 12.

    • PURPOSE:To quicken a forming speed and also to facilitate a maintenance by providing the means of vertically moving an upper die and the means of changing the open height of a die by simultaneously moving vertically the motor for driving thereof, a motor and the vertically moving means on a lead forming device. CONSTITUTION:A crank 5 vertically moves a lower ram 3 at stroke l1 and an upper ram 1 is simultaneously moved vertically to form a frame. The forming is executed by repeating this cycle. In case of making the rotation of a motor 8 at high speed the forming speed is also quickened. At this time, in case of detecting the abnormality of the frame, a cratch brake 7 is actuated, a cylinder 10 is worked simultaneously and when a movable head 9 is ascended by a stroke l2, an upper die 21 does not reach to a frame transfer line 20 and the upper die 21 and lower die 22 are not broken, the open height becomes l1+l2 and the maintenance becomes easy to handle.

    • PURPOSE:To make the pressurizing speed of a slide constant within almost of all strokes range by feeding a pressure liquid to each cylinder simultaneously with the rotation of a crank shaft. CONSTITUTION:A cylinder arm 10R is turned in the arrow mark YR direction centering around the center OR of a crank shaft 2R when a pressure liquid is fed to a hydraulic cylinder 11R and the piston rod 12R is extended in the arrow mark XR direction. Simultaneously, a cylinder arm 10L is turned in the arrow mark YL direction centering around the center OL of a crank shaft 2L when the piston 11L of the other hydraulic cylinder 11L is shortened in the arrow mark XL direction. In this way, the crank shaft 2R, 2L are turned in the same direction. Consequently, by expanding and contracting the hydraulic cylinder 11R, 11L by synchronizing them the crank shaft 2R, 2L are continuously turned and a slide 6 is reciprocated via the crank arm 3R, 3L, crank pin 4 and connecting rod 5 which are fixed thereto. In this case a rotary automatic liquid pressure change value 20 controls the expansion and contraction of each cylinder 11R, 11L.
