    • PURPOSE: To obtain an adhesive tape which does not interfere with the stretchability of the cloth to which it is applied by forming a hot melt adhesive coating film having stretchability and elasticity on at least either surface of a stretchable and heat-resistant supporting sheet. CONSTITUTION: A two-pack polyurethane adhesive and a curing agent (e.g. aromatic polyisocyanate) in an amount corresponding to about 2-25wt.% of the equivalent weight are dissolved in a suitable amount of e.g. a toluene/ethyl acetate mixed solvent to prepare an adhesive solution having a viscosity of about 10-15Pa.S at 25 deg.C. This solution is applied to a release paper and dried by heating to form a sticky coating film of a thickness of about 20-100μm. This film is laid on each surface of a supporting film (e.g. polyether polyurethane film having a thickness of about 40-100μm and a melting point of 165 deg.C or above) and thermocompression-bonded with heating rolls at about 100 deg.C under a pressure of about 2kg/cm from the side of the release paper to obtain a double-coated adhesive sheet. This sheet is slit to obtain an adhesive tape of a specified width which does not interfere with the stretchability of the cloth to which it is applied.

    • PURPOSE:To reinforce the bonding force of a self-adhesive tape and to prevent the peel of a bonded part by holding the self-adhesive tape composed of natural vulcanization type rubber between the end parts or side edges of two water barrier sheets reinforced by a fiber sheet to press both sheets and sewing the held part by sewing thread hang a smooth surface. CONSTITUTION:Each of water barrier sheets 10A, 10B is formed by laminating an intermediate sheet 12 and an outer surface sheet 11 to both surfaces of a fiber sheet 13. The end parts of side edge parts of the water barrier sheets 10A, 10B are overlapped each other and a self-adhesive tape 14 is held between them to be pressed and the overlapped part is sewn by sewing thread 16. This sewing thread 16 is composed of a water-absorbable fiber obtained by providing a water absorbing layer composed of a water absorbing material such as a highly water-absorbable resin to the periphery of a synthetic core fiber. The self-adhesive tape 14 is molded from natural vulcanization type rubber prepared by compounding a vulcanizing agent, a self-adhesive or the like with rubber such as EPDM. In this case, two water barrier sheets are temporarily bonded and next sewing becomes easy and the overlapped surfaces are held to a press bonding state and natural vulcanization is advanced and the bonded part is perfectly bonded.

    • PURPOSE:To stick a film sheet, by a simplified process wherein the peeling of a peelable base paper and the pressing of an adhesive film sheet against an adherend for sticking are performed together by combining specified means. CONSTITUTION:The base paper part 7 reversed and peeled through a turning roller 2 is passed between the lower part of the peelable base paper 7 bonded to an adhesive film sheet 5 and the surface of a member 8 to which the film sheet 5 is to be stuck, and it is taken out by pulling a leading edge 1 attached to the end of the peelable base paper. At the same time, the roller 2 is moved to press the peeled and stuck film part by a movable pressing means 3 moved with the roller 2. The leading edge 1 of the base paper, the turning roller 2 and the movable pressing means 3 are connected to one another through a connecting device, and the edge 1 is provided with an arbitrary pulling means, so that a series of operations are performed together as a single operation of only pulling the edge 1 of the base paper.

    • PURPOSE:To easily bond a flow path substrate and a cover plate, both of which are made of a resin molded piece, and to produce a highly reliable ink jet head at a low cost. CONSTITUTION:A cover plate 3 is mounted on a jig 15 of an ultrasonic bonding device 12 with the contact surface thereof showing up. Thereon, a sheet-form adhesive 2 is laminated and, in this state, an ultrasonic vibration is applied to the cover plate 3 and the sheet-form adhesive 2 through horns 14a, 14b by an ultrasonic vibrator 13 to semi-cure the adhesive to temporarily bond the both to each other. Next, a flow path substrate is laminated on the sheet-form adhesive 2. A short-time ultrasonic vibration is applied to both to securely bond both through the adhesive. An ink pool substrate is contact bonded to the other surface of the cover plate 3, whereby a section of a common ink chamber is formed. By bonding piezoelectric elements opposedly to pressurizing chambers of ink flow paths on the other surface of the ink flow path substrate, an ink jet head is completed. In this manner, bonding can be conducted by ultrasonic vibration without protuberances (energy director). Thus, a high- accuracy bonding surface is not required, and bonding with high sealing properties can be performed in a short time.
