    • PURPOSE: To obtain an adhesive tape which does not interfere with the stretchability of the cloth to which it is applied by forming a hot melt adhesive coating film having stretchability and elasticity on at least either surface of a stretchable and heat-resistant supporting sheet. CONSTITUTION: A two-pack polyurethane adhesive and a curing agent (e.g. aromatic polyisocyanate) in an amount corresponding to about 2-25wt.% of the equivalent weight are dissolved in a suitable amount of e.g. a toluene/ethyl acetate mixed solvent to prepare an adhesive solution having a viscosity of about 10-15Pa.S at 25 deg.C. This solution is applied to a release paper and dried by heating to form a sticky coating film of a thickness of about 20-100μm. This film is laid on each surface of a supporting film (e.g. polyether polyurethane film having a thickness of about 40-100μm and a melting point of 165 deg.C or above) and thermocompression-bonded with heating rolls at about 100 deg.C under a pressure of about 2kg/cm from the side of the release paper to obtain a double-coated adhesive sheet. This sheet is slit to obtain an adhesive tape of a specified width which does not interfere with the stretchability of the cloth to which it is applied.

    • PURPOSE:A synthetic leather cuttable with a high-frequency welder is obtained by forming on the releasing material, the surface layer of a specific resin mixture, the intermediate layer of foamed polyurethane, the adhesive intermediate layer and the back layer of polyvinyl chloride. CONSTITUTION:The objective synthetic leather which is cuttable and weldable by means of a high-frequency welder is produced by laminating on a releasing layer, 24-45g/m , on the solid basis, of the surface layer consisting of a resin mixture containing a polyester-polyurethane and a vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer where the content of vinyl polymers is 20-50wt%, after drying, further laminating 100-500g/m , on the solid basis, of a foaming polyurethane intermediate layer containing a polyether polyurethane, an organic hydrated crystal as a foaming agent where the content of polyester vehicle is 50%, then piling up to the resultant laminate, another laminate consisting of a releasing sheet, 215g/m , on solid basis, of polyvinylchloride and an adhesive such as a polyamide adhesive on its back surface and peeling off the releasing sheets from the integrated laminate.

    • PURPOSE:To easily perform laminating and joining work and to eliminate a wrinkle and sagging of a skin sheet and to make the appearance of a product beautiful by impregnating nonwoven fabric with adhesive resin incorporating unfoamed microballoons and laminating this nonwoven fabric impregnated with resin to the skin sheet and heating it after the form of a produce has been nearly regulated and generating independent foams in the expandable resin. CONSTITUTION:Nonwoven fabric made of filament of arbitrary fiber is impregnated with cloth adhesive resin liquid incorporating unexpandable microballons and dried. A flexible skin sheet such as cloth, leather or a plastic sheet is laminated to the obtained nonwoven fabric impregnated with resin. When this laminated body is heated in an oven the microballons in the expandable resin coating the constitutional filament of nonwoven fabric are expanded. Dislocation is caused in the bonding part or the intercrossing part of mutual filaments and this nonwoven fabric impregnated with resin reveals bulkiness. Pressure is added to the internal face of the skin sheet and the base material and both the skin sheet and the base material made of the flexible sheet are expanded and a skinned expandable pad is produced. In such a way, sagging and a wrinkle are extended because the skin sheet and the base material are stretched in all directions by the internal pressure caused by foaming.
