SOLUTION: This handrail 20 includes a handrail body 21, one end of which is fixed onto a top surface of a fuel tank 8, the other end of which is fixed to a frame 4a, and which has an elastic member 24 fitted into an end-side mounting portion 23 provided at the end of a linear portion 21a. The handrail 20 is fixed to a base 13 which is provided on the top surface of the fuel tank 8, and inserted into an end-fixing cylinder 22 inside which a pair of pressing walls 25 are provided in parallel. The one end-side mounting portion 23 of the handrail body 21 is inserted into the end-fixing cylinder 22, and turned by an angle of 90°, so as to compress the elastic member 24 with the pressing wall 25. A bayonet groove 26 is provided in the end-fixing cylinder 22, and a protrusion 27 is provided in the handrail body 21. The protrusion 27 is displaced in a sliding manner from an introduction groove portion 26a of the bayonet groove 26 via a guide groove portion 26b provided circumferentially on the end-fixing cylinder 22 up to a lock groove portion 26c, and then is stopped turing and prevented from coming off by the lock groove portion 26c.
