摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide molding information printing equipment which enables printing of necessary molding information at an arbitrary time.
SOLUTION: Control devices of injection molding machines 1a and 1b and a computer 2 are connected by a network 4 and the computer 2 is connected with a printer 3. Molding information such as logging data on molding conditions, process monitoring, temperatures, etc. is stored in the control devices of the injection molding machines 1a and 1b. The molding information is selected and a printing instruction is inputted from the control devices of the machines 1a and 1b. The computer 2 drives the printer 3 to print the selected molding information. The printing instruction can be inputted for printing at any time from a site where the machines 1a and 1b are installed. Since the printer 3 is driven by the medium of the computer 2, it is unnecessary to equip the injection molding machines 1a and 1b with a driver of the printer 3 and a change or renewal of the printer is facilitated.

SOLUTION: In the injection molding machine, an injection waveform, which shows the relation of time-to-screw position in the packing stage and the dwelling stage, is displayed on the display screen of an operation panel for operating the injection molding machine and input items for setting the screw advance speed and screw back pressure in the packing stage and the dwelling stage are displayed on the same display screen at the same time. The operator of the injection molding machine can alter the setting of the respective input items while confirming the actual data of the injection waveform on the display screen. Further, these input items are, for example, a packing speed, packing pressure, a dwelling changeover time, a dwelling speed and an injection timer.

SOLUTION: The disk reproducing apparatus wherein a drive source 17 delivers a driving force to the pickup 14 for scanning a disk 1 for one or both of recording and reproduction information processes of the disk 1 via a gear train 18, is provided with: a rack gear 16 for delivering the driving force from the drive source 17 by fixedly engaging the gear train 18 to the pickup 14; the pickup spring 15 for energizing the rack gear 16 to prevent a gear backlash caused between the rack gear 16 and the gear train 18; and a pick gear 18a provided to the gear train 18 and for uniformizing the spring weight exerted to the drive source 17 by gradually tapering a pitch circle diameter toward a smaller diameter in spiral so as to change a gear ratio delivered to the rack gear 16 in response to the energizing force of the pickup spring 15.

Consequently, the movable section of a linear actuator 1 can be stopped quickly while eliminating the need for imparting a brake power means of an electric or mechanical brake or the need of an arrangement for imparting a brake rower surely, e.g. a countermeasure against heating. In the operating stroke, the coil spring 11 elongates to release the stored energy in the form of kinetic energy thus reducing the drive force required by the motor 2.
